HOW TO RETURN YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE:
You will be saving your 2026 Christmas Questionnaire as several .pdf documents. It's not ideal, but necessary. Why? Partly because I was forced to use 20+ year-old software to create this questionnaire using delicate, barely functioning HTML and risky JavaScript to preserve the questionnaire's original character.*

Unfortunately, the price we pay is the inconvenience of having to save each page as you finish it. The good news is, you don't have to complete the entire questionnaire in one sitting. Just save the pages you complete and email or text any PDF files you complete. You can also take/send screenshots of the pages, or use some other high-falootin' new method to relay the questionnaire to me. It's all good. Note: if using the built-in "Save to PDF" button at the bottom of each page, you will be using SAVE TO PDF instead of using your printer. Oh, you don't HAVE a printer? It doesn't matter!
You can still PRINT TO PDF. Fun!
Some say there is a secret, mysterious hidden page in this questionnaire.
(the fun pages are on the way!)

Mary Krystmist
"The Christmas Tree Lady"
Mary Krystmist (1868-1941) was a Victorian-era schoolmistress, amateur botanist, and unapologetic Christmas enthusiast who claimed to have been born during a blizzard on Christmas Eve. Each December, she would often dress up as a Christmas tree, wearing a green velvet gown sewn with tinsel, candle-shaped buttons, paper ornaments, and a gold star on her head. She allegedly taught a canary to whistle the opening notes of "O Come, All Ye Faithful," kept a pet goose named Yuletide, and maintained that mince pies baked exactly at midnight could reveal the identity of one's future sweetheart. In 1902, she attempted to decorate the entire village post office with holly and sugar plums, and was briefly banned from the premises after a mistletoe-related incident involving a door-to-door salesman.
